Dr. Pepper dominated the country, being the #1 choice in 17 states including Alaska, Arizona, and Texas.

Certain regions had unique preferences: Canada Dry Ginger Ale was strong in the Northeast, Schweppes Ginger Ale topped New York, and Vernors held a spot in Michigan.

Mountain Dew owned Appalachia and the Upper Midwest while Classic Coca-Cola only led in three states: Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana.
