DroneShield's stock has seen a recent surge in trading, with a 28.90% weekly gain in German trading and a 4.07% advance to EUR 1.37 on Friday.

The company's order book is swelling, and its shareholder register is attracting global banking giants, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., which disclosed it had lifted its reportable stake from 5.15% to 6.68%, representing 61,703,608 ordinary shares.

Citigroup revealed a voting rights share of 5.6853% equivalent to 52,537,753 shares, attributing the position primarily to securities lending and proprietary trading rather than an investment decision.

The recent bounce is tempered by the fact that the stock remains 24.14% lower year-to-date and 35.52% below its price twelve months ago.
