Duet Deli Brings Regional Flavors to JPMorganChase Center
Duet Deli is set to open in October 2026 at Seattle's JPMorganChase Center, bringing a new weekday deli and coffee bar to the ground floor of the tower. The concept comes from hospitality operator Porter, which already runs an exclusive amenity called The Lounge by Porter on the 17th floor.
The menu leans heavily on regional ingredients, with signature items including a smoked salmon bagel, a California breakfast burrito, and a four-cheese grilled cheese combining Beecher's cheddar, gruyère, mozzarella, and parmesan. The coffee comes from Onyx Coffee Lab.
Duet will offer candles, cards, and small gifts in a retail area, as well as drop-off and in-suite catering for meetings, client lunches, and events. The weekday-only model tracks closely with the post-pandemic recovery of downtown Seattle, which has seen an uneven return to normalcy.
