e& UAE has introduced Business Pro AI plans that bundle Microsoft Copilot at no additional cost. This move aims to make AI-powered productivity more accessible and better supported for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the country.

The new plans combine faster business fibre connectivity, advanced digital productivity tools, and enterprise-grade AI capabilities into a single subscription. This allows SMEs to leverage generative AI as a vital tool to automate routine tasks, freeing up valuable time and human resource efforts for strategic growth and customer engagement.

This launch comes as the UAE continues to lead global AI adoption, with Microsoft's latest AI Diffusion Report finding that 70.1 per cent of the country's working-age population now uses generative AI, the highest rate in the world.
