EICCIO Advisors has officially joined IBM Partner Plus as an IBM Service Business Partner, marking a significant expansion of its digital services in Guyana. The agreement, registered to the Guyana practice, aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises across Guyana, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The partnership focuses on four key areas: digital migration, artificial intelligence, technology access for smaller enterprises, and payment security for online commerce and financial services.
The initiative targets organizations still relying on outdated systems, such as paper records or disconnected spreadsheets. EICCIO Advisors emphasizes practical applications of artificial intelligence that transform business operations rather than just demonstrating capabilities. The firm also prioritizes making technology accessible to smaller enterprises, treating it as a growth condition rather than a privilege of scale. Payment security is highlighted as a critical component, especially given the rapid growth of online commerce and financial services in the region.
Theon Alleyne, Founder of EICCIO Advisors, noted that technology often reaches the region late and at inflated prices, with intermediaries based elsewhere. He stressed that EICCIO Advisors is uniquely positioned to address these challenges, ensuring that local businesses do not have to choose between affordable systems and regulatory compliance. The firm also designs and builds its own software, including LNC Pro Suite, LNC Bookings, and EDEN Kesef, alongside the EDEN Da'at learning platform and Guyana Search Intelligence.
IBM Partner Plus provides training, certification, technical enablement, and commercial support to EICCIO Advisors. The firm operates from La Grange, West Bank Demerara, Guyana, and offers services such as lender and development-bank readiness, including business plans prepared for the Guyana Development Bank and commercial lenders.
