Honeywell Home's ElitePRO smart thermostat has earned two prestigious design awards. The device received the 2026 Red Dot Design Award in the Product Design category and the iF Design Award in the Building Technology category.
The Resideo design team, which developed the ElitePRO, treats Honeywell Home's 130-year legacy of combining performance with design as a standard to live up to when creating new solutions. The ElitePRO thermostat features a customizable idle screen on its large touchscreen display, allowing customers to choose from various design themes and color combinations.
The device offers additional features such as precision sensing, indoor air quality visibility, and proactive insights. According to Marty Ellingson, Senior Director and Head of Global Experience at Resideo, the ElitePRO 'doesn't just control temperature, it's the heartbeat of the modern home.'
