Emirates and Arsenal have unveiled a unique sculpture made from upcycled aircraft components sourced from Emirates' Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 fleet. The Aircrafted Arsenal Crest, measuring 2.4 meters tall, is a handcrafted installation designed to celebrate the partnership between Emirates and Arsenal, which has now been extended through 2033.

The sculpture was built entirely in-house by Emirates Engineering's Aircraft Material Upcycling team in Dubai over 34 days, with a team of 15 engineers, mechanics, designers, technicians, and painters contributing to its creation. The project showcases the airline's growing focus on sustainable engineering initiatives that extend the life of retired aircraft materials.

The installation features genuine aircraft components from Emirates' Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 fleets, including an Airbus A380 main landing gear wheel hub used as the center of the cannon wheel, a titanium bleed air duct reshaped to create the cannon barrel, and lightweight composite aircraft floor panels assembled to build the three-dimensional structure of the cannon.
