eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Championship Series: Playoff Frenzy Heats Up in Michigan
The eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Championship Series is in its final stretch as drivers compete for one of four seats at the Championship table. This week, Michigan International Speedway plays host to the first round of the three-round Playoff affair that will determine who makes it to the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte.
Last year's winner, Steven Wilson, took home eight wins and his second title after a dramatic comeback at Michigan. However, Tucker Minter had dominated the day before losing out due to an ill-timed spin during eNASCAR Overtime. This year, Minter seeks redemption as he battles for one of four spots in the Championship 4.
The road to $500,000 is narrow, and drivers will need to perform well over the next few races if they hope to make it to the finish line. The season isn't quite over for everyone else outside the Playoff field, with drivers fighting to be 20th or better by the end of the season.
