Envestnet Sells $233M Worth of Visa Shares

Envestnet Asset Management Inc., an institutional investor, reduced its stake in Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) during the second quarter by selling 233,239 shares, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company now owns approximately 0.22% of Visa's outstanding shares, valued at $1,345,118,000.

Envestnet Asset Management Inc.'s reduction in stake follows other institutional investors who have also made changes to their holdings in Visa during the same quarter.
