Epcot Food & Wine Festival Brings Global Cuisine to Disney World

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival has kicked off at Walt Disney World, celebrating its longevity and international flair with a '30 for 30' theme. This year's menu features some through-the-years favorites, including re-imagined dishes, marked with a small '30 logo in the event guide.

Some marketplaces and menu items have been delayed to accommodate a staggered schedule, which also means that certain entertainment offerings will be extended or replaced. For instance, 'Goofycore' will continue until September 8, while Communicore Hall will feature an interactive exhibit on cheese from September 18.

Visitors can expect around 90 solid-food options during the festival, which runs through November 21. Some intriguing new choices include BBQ braai chicken pizza, taco de camaron, and croquetas de jamon. Meanwhile, a 'Food & Wine T-shirt featuring characters from 'Luca' has been spotted as a surprise item.
