EPCOT to Welcome New Food Booths and Fireworks Package in October
This October, Walt Disney World's EPCOT park will have some changes to its schedule and operations. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is already underway, but four new festival booths - Coastal Eats, Earth Eats, The Alps, and India - will open on October 2.
These booths will remain available through the end of the festival, giving guests who visit after October 2 a chance to try more options. However, it's worth noting that food festival booths can take up a significant amount of time during an EPCOT day, so planning ahead is recommended.
On the same date, Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya in the Japan Pavilion will begin offering its fireworks dining package, which combines a meal at the restaurant with a view of Luminous The Symphony of Us. This premium experience costs $120 per adult before tax and gratuity.
Later in the month, EPCOT's operating hours will be affected by the runDisney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. On October 23 and 25, the park will open at 10 a.m., an hour later than usual, with Early Entry starting at 9:30 a.m.
