ePlus Bolsters Cloud, Cybersecurity Capabilities with Daymark Acquisition

ePlus has expanded its cloud, cybersecurity, and modern data center capabilities after acquiring the assets of Daymark Solutions. The acquisition is expected to strengthen ePlus' Microsoft-focused team and accelerate growth across Azure, Microsoft 365, security, and Copilot.

Daymark Solutions is a Massachusetts-based IT solutions provider that focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting complex hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, and data center environments for regulated industries. The company's capabilities include modern data center infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and cybersecurity.

ePlus expects the acquisition to increase its presence in New England, particularly in the metropolitan Boston area. Mark Marron, CEO and President of ePlus, said, 'This acquisition allows us to attain a specialized Microsoft team providing a set of services that may serve as a catalyst to accelerate growth around the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365, Security, and Copilot.'

The transaction closed on August 21, 2026, but financial terms were not disclosed.
