ETFs Dump $15.8 Million in Visa Shares Despite Buying Frenzy
On Tuesday, October 1st, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) sold $15.8 million in Visa (V) shares on a net basis.
This is despite the fact that more ETFs were buyers than sellers, with 31 funds adding shares and 18 cutting them.
The largest seller by dollar value was XLF, which trimmed 73,205 shares worth $26.8 million, reducing its stake by 0.63% to 11,534,365 shares at an 8.2% portfolio weight.
DIA sold 44,505 shares for $16.3 million, a 0.86% stake reduction to 5,119,729 shares at 4.23% weight.
