Ethiopian Airlines Orders Ten Freighters from Boeing
Ethiopian Airlines has signed an agreement with Boeing to acquire eight 777-8F Freighters and two 777F Freighters, strengthening its cargo capabilities.
The agreement marks a significant milestone in fleet modernization for the airline, supporting growth of its global logistics network.
Mesfin Tasew, Group Chief Executive Officer of Ethiopian Airlines, said that the addition of these aircraft will enhance the airline's capacity to meet growing demand for air cargo transportation and support long-term growth strategy.
The Boeing 777-8F Freighters and 777F Freighters will provide greater payload capacity, operational flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability.
