Eudia Accelerates Enterprise Legal AI with Google Cloud Partnership

Eudia, an augmented intelligence platform for enterprise legal, contracting, and compliance, has partnered with Google to launch new industry-specific AI capabilities on Gemini Enterprise for Legal. This collaboration aims to accelerate the transformation of enterprise legal AI.

The partnership combines Eudia's agent scales, which leverage the expertise of top operators, with Google's Agent Development Kit and connected via MCP. Eudia enables Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Revenue teams to draft and review contracts, analyze marketing assets for compliance, assess risk across thousands of executed contracts, and manage obligations.

Ashish Agrawal, Co-Founder and CTO of Eudia, stated that Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise are at the forefront of applied AI and enterprise work. He added that the collaboration will help customers scale their speed and throughput even further with legal-specific reasoning and access to legal databases.

Satish Thomas, Vice President of Google Cloud, noted that accelerating domain-specific workflows along with domain-specific reasoning and orchestration is crucial for business velocity. He stated that Eudia's integration with Gemini Enterprise gives legal teams the ability to scale their institutional knowledge and automate multi-step contract analysis in hours rather than days.
