EVA Air Collaborates on Biomass Emissions Reduction Project

EVA Air has partnered with AIT Worldwide Logistics, Microsoft, and Formosa Petrochemical to achieve significant reductions in scope 3 emissions. The collaboration aims to deliver 15,000 metric tons of emissions reductions.

The partnership comes as part of the North American Biocarbon Conference, which will take place from March 2-4, 2027, at the Cobb Convention Center in Atlanta, Georgia. This event brings together various stakeholders involved in carbon-negative and carbon-smart technologies to share knowledge and accelerate deployment.

The conference aligns biocarbon producers with biomass power generators, biochar innovators, and other industry experts. This collaboration is expected to create opportunities for cross-sector engagement and drive the adoption of biocarbon solutions.
