Fabrinet Soars on Strong Q4 Results, Expands Manufacturing Capacity
Fabrinet (NYSE:FN) has reported strong fiscal year 2026 results, driven by data center demand. The company's Q4 revenue reached approximately $1.315B, a 45% increase from the previous year.
Data centers accounted for 51% of Fabrinet's revenue in fiscal year 2026. Four large customers, including Cisco and Nvidia, made up more than 10% each of the company's revenue. These clients contributed significantly to the growth, with Cisco accounting for 20% and Nvidia at 16%.
Fabrinet is expanding its manufacturing capacity, with a new building in Chonburi adding around 2 million square feet by early 2027. The company also expects to increase revenue to $12.5-$14B. Rosenblatt Capital has maintained a 'Buy' rating on Fabrinet and reiterated a price target of $750 per share.
