The Atlanta Falcons are set to hold their first padded training camp practice on Monday morning at IBM Performance Field.

This marks an important milestone in the team's preparation for the upcoming season, as they will be introducing physical contact and tackling drills for the first time.

According to Mike Tyson, 'Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.' The Falcons have a number of young players competing for roster spots, including several undrafted free agents, who will be put to the test in these padded practices.

Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. is still recovering from a knee injury and has yet to be cleared for contact, while Tua Tagovailoa's status is uncertain due to a back issue.
