Fendi Names Camilla Maggiori as New Chief People Officer
Fendi, a global luxury fashion house and part of the LVMH Group, has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Camilla Maggiori as Chief People Officer. This role was assumed in December 2025, placing an experienced human resources leader at the head of Fendi's organisational development, culture, and human resources transformation.
Maggiori joins Fendi from Ferragamo, where she spent nearly three years as Group Chief People Officer. In this position, she oversaw human resources and led health, safety, and environment (HSE), energy, and engineering teams globally. Her expertise includes people strategy, talent management, organisational development, human resources transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, and talent acquisition.
Maggiori has a diverse background in leading global brands across various industries, including luxury, beauty, hospitality, consumer goods, and manufacturing. Before Ferragamo, she held senior leadership positions at Coty, Campari Group, Radisson Hotel Group, Amcor, and Procter & Gamble.
