Florida AG Cracks Down on Casino Ads Targeting Residents

Uthmeier alleges that these online platforms are advertising activities that are technically illegal under Florida law. He emphasizes that promoting such activities is a crime in the state, and he wants the companies to stop running these ads immediately.
The letter's recipient list includes some of the biggest names in tech, with Google and Meta being two of the most prominent platforms targeted by Uthmeier's demand.
