Flydubai 737 MAX Lands Safely After Pilot Stabbing Incident

A flydubai Boeing 737 MAX flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv was forced to make an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia after one of its pilots was stabbed by another mid-flight.

The incident occurred around two and a half hours into the flight, with passengers later telling Israeli media that the attacking pilot attempted to hijack or crash the plane.

The aircraft's altitude dropped 17,000 feet in just two minutes before recovering, and it eventually landed without its rear rudder in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The crew and passengers are being treated for injuries.

Passengers on board reported that one of the pilots was stabbed by another, but they were able to subdue the attacker and remove them from the cockpit.
