Ford Vietnam Appoints New CEO with Global Industry Experience

Ford Vietnam has appointed Annaliese Atina as its new CEO, effective December 1, 2026. Atina brings over 20 years of management experience from various industries, including a stint at Coca-Cola Amatil. She currently serves as the CEO of Ford New Zealand.

Atina will relocate to Hanoi for her new role and report directly to Andrew Birkic, vice president of sales and service for Ford's International Markets Group (IMG). Her predecessor, Ruchik Shah, is leaving the company to pursue new career opportunities.

Ford recognized Shah's contributions during his time leading the company's operations in Vietnam. Atina's appointment is aimed at driving business growth, expanding the dealer network, and improving the customer experience in Vietnam.
