Forter partners with Salesforce to expand trust intelligence across commerce and loyalty programs
Forter, a leading Trust Intelligence Platform, has deepened its collaboration with Salesforce to enhance protection for merchants across commerce, service, and loyalty programs. The company has been named a launch partner for Salesforce Commerce's new Storefront Next offering, integrating its fraud prevention, abuse protection, and payment optimization capabilities. This expansion ensures that merchants can safeguard revenue and customer trust from the first order through long-term customer relationships, including interactions via AI agents.
With Storefront Next, brands can now benefit from Forter's built-in trust intelligence across all paths to purchase, including Shopper Agent and Commerce Cloud Client experiences. Forter's global identity network helps brands recognize trusted shoppers, reducing fraud and chargebacks. Sam Biswas, Chief Customer Officer at Salesforce Commerce Cloud, highlighted the importance of this partnership, stating that it allows brands to integrate strong trust intelligence from day one without additional effort.
In addition to Storefront Next, Forter is extending its protection to Salesforce Loyalty Management, addressing the growing issue of loyalty fraud. The collaboration combines Forter's Account Protection with Salesforce Loyalty Management, enabling brands to block bad actors, account takeovers, and policy abuse. Liron Damri, co-founder and president of Forter, emphasized the need for trust decisions that keep pace with evolving shopping behaviors, including those involving AI agents.
The expanded partnership follows Forter being named Salesforce's 2027 Partner of the Year for Transform & Scale, recognizing its commitment to innovation and customer impact. More details about the collaboration can be found on Forter's website or at its IMPACT 2026 conference on Oct. 14 in New York City.
