Four Disney Springs Restaurants Merge for Immersive Waterfront Experience
The Disney Springs area of Walt Disney World has been transformed into an immersive waterfront world through four neighboring restaurants that come together to create one cohesive story.
Inspired by Disney Springs' backstory as a restored historic waterfront town, each restaurant brings the tale to life through its architecture, food, cocktails, music, and hidden details. The story begins at Pizza Ponte, an Italian bakery where Maria and Enzo built their business around their love of food and travel.
The second chapter takes place at Maria & Enzo's Ristorante, a 1930s air terminal restored to its Art Deco glory, complete with vaulted ceilings and former boarding gates turned dining booths. The restaurant serves Southern Italian cuisine, homemade pastas, and Italian wines, evoking the golden age of travel.
The story goes underground at Enzo's Hideaway, set in tunnels that once serviced the neighboring power plant before becoming a Prohibition-era rum runner hideout. Graffiti-covered walls, Roman-inspired dishes, and imaginative cocktails make it feel like a secret waiting to be discovered.
Last but not least, The Edison is imagined as the power plant that once served as the 'heartbeat' of old Disney Springs. Industrial details set the scene, while inventive cocktails and live entertainment bring the space to life after dark.
