Frank Baker Joins IBM Board as Technology Transformation Continues

Mr. Baker is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Siris Capital Group, LLC, a leading private equity firm with over $9 billion in deployed equity capital across technology, telecommunications, and data-focused companies.
Mr. Baker's expertise lies in driving value creation in established technology companies with mission-critical products and services navigating technological changes. His leadership and passion for development have been instrumental in the success of Siris.
