Fujifilm Takes Over Google Photos Print Store, Expands Options for Users
Fujifilm has taken over Google Photos' Print Store in the US. The store is now co-branded as Fujifilm for Google Photos Print Store, with Fujifilm handling operations, support, and the product catalog.
Users can still access printing through Google Photos, but they're getting more print formats, frames, decor, gifts, and select in-store pickup options. The integration began rolling out to US users at the end of August and should now cover all users in the country.
Fujifilm plans to roll out new features and a more robust user experience in the future. 'We're excited to continue our partnership with Fujifilm, providing Google Photos users with a seamless printing experience,' said Shimrit Ben-Yair, vice president of Google Photos. 'The new storefront will offer even more ways for people to print their photos so they can easily celebrate and save their meaningful moments.'
