G&S Capital Cuts IBM Holdings, Other Investors Boost Stake
G&S Capital LLC, an institutional investor, reduced its holdings in International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE:IBM) by 75.1% in the second quarter, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The firm owned 3,213 shares of IBM's stock after selling 9,681 shares during the quarter, worth $904,000 at the end of the most recent quarter.
Meanwhile, other institutional investors have been adjusting their holdings in IBM. Vanguard Group Inc. lifted its position by 1.5% in the fourth quarter and now owns 97,216,131 shares worth $28,796,390,000.
Vanguard is not the only one increasing its stake; State Street Corp also boosted its holding by 1.0% in the same period, owning 54,996,293 shares valued at $16,290,452,000.
