Gambit Expands Star Wars Ride into Fortnite Multiplayer

The new Unreal Engine Fortnite project, Star Wars: Smuggler's Gambit, is set to release on August 16. This game allows players to continue their experience from the Disney theme park ride, Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run. By linking your Epic Games and MyDisney accounts, you can unlock a special experience in the theme park.

Gameplay involves voting on missions with other players on your server and then boarding a ship to start the quest. There are three player classes: Pilot, Gunner, and Engineer, which mirror those found on the Smuggler's Run ride. Each class has unique abilities, such as increased stamina regeneration for Pilots or a droid ability that can take out hardened targets for Gunners.

As players complete missions, they will level up and be able to upgrade their weapons. The game also features wild beasts on the planet Ord Ryla that can attack players, adding an extra layer of challenge. Players can interact with various factions in the game, including the Veta Syndicate and the Silent Circle.
