Gaveau Departs CCEP Board Amid Strong First Half Results
Nathalie Gaveau is stepping down as an independent non-executive director of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) after more than seven years on the board, effective September 16, 2026. She joined the company in January 2019 and has been a member of several committees, including the Affiliated Transaction Committee and the environmental, social, and governance committee.
Chair Sol Daurella thanked Gaveau for her contributions, highlighting her experience as an entrepreneur and investor in technology, as well as her expertise in artificial intelligence, e-commerce, digital transformation, innovation, mobile technologies, data, and social marketing. Mary Harris will take over as interim member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee.
The nomination committee is reviewing the board's composition and has initiated a process to find Gaveau's successor, in accordance with CCEP's bylaws and shareholders' agreement. This comes after a strong first half performance for the company, which reaffirmed its full-year guidance of revenue growth between 3% and 4%.
