Gaveau Exits CCEP Board Amid Review of Director Roles

Nathalie Gaveau, an independent non-executive director at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc (), has resigned from the board effective Monday. Gaveau served on the board since January 2019 and was a member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee as well as the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee until 2025.

Gaveau's departure leaves a vacancy on the board, which will be filled by Mary Harris, Senior Independent Director. Harris will also take over as an interim member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee.

The company's Nomination Committee has begun reviewing the board composition and is seeking to appoint a new independent non-executive director as required by CCEP's Articles of Association and the Shareholders' Agreement.
