Gehring Named North America Chief for The Coca-Cola Company
The Coca-Cola Company has announced that Rob Gehring will become President of its North America operating unit, effective December 1, 2026. Gehring will succeed interim president John Murphy, who has led the unit since August 1, 2026.
Murphy will remain President and Chief Financial Officer of The Coca-Cola Company. Gehring's appointment comes after a tenure at Monster Energy Company, where he served as CEO, Americas, from February 2026.
Gehring previously held several leadership roles across the United States and Canada, including president of Coca-Cola Walmart global team from 2011 to 2016, before becoming Global Chief Sales Officer for The Hershey Company in 2016.
