Gemini Adds Google Wallet Integration for Personalized Insights
Gemini has added Google Wallet integration to its Connected App, enabling users to access personalized insights based on their saved information.
The integration allows users to retrieve information from passes, such as loyalty cards, event tickets, and boarding passes. For example, users can ask the app to 'find my boarding pass for my flight to Chicago' or 'show me my airline loyalty numbers.'
In addition to this feature, the app also provides insights based on transaction data from linked financial accounts, including expense activity and budgeting tips.
The integration with Plaid, which was previously available in the Google Pay app, is now available for Google Wallet users in the US. This allows users to ask prompts like 'how much did I spend on groceries last month?'
