Gemini Powers New Google Maps Feature for Android Auto

The new feature includes a Gemini-powered AI summary that offers more information about the destination based on reviews posted on Google. Users can access essential details such as address and phone number, as well as 'Good to know' info like parking and accessibility options.
The card will also include photos pulled from Google reviews that help users explore the region and get familiar with their destination before driving. This new feature allows users to obtain additional information from Android Auto without needing to pick up their phone.
However, it's worth noting that the UI of this new feature doesn't seem completely optimized for Android Auto, and it may be refined further in future updates. Additionally, Google can drop this feature before its public release.
