Genesis has announced new partnerships and expanded existing cooperation with major technology companies. The customer experience (CX) platform company is launching new integrations that allow businesses to coordinate AI agents, employees, and business processes while maintaining connections to existing enterprise technologies.

The partnerships include Adobe, AWS, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Meta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Sierra. Under these agreements, companies will be able to use Genesis Cloud to integrate AI agents, strategic platforms, and customer interactions into one platform.

One key feature of the integrations is real-time intelligence, open connectivity, and governance. This means that businesses can access and manage their data in a seamless manner, without compromising on customer experience.

Glenn Nethercutt, Genesis chief technology officer, said, 'To fully realize AI's potential, companies must be able to innovate freely across technologies without harming the continuity of customer experience.'
