Germany Adapts Boeing Drone for Integration with Domestic Sensors and Weapons

Rheinmetall is collaborating with Boeing to integrate German sensors and weaponry into the MQ-28 Ghost Bat combat drone.

The project aims to adapt the MQ-28 platform for use in Germany, which will enable the country to quickly develop capabilities in the field of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA).

Rheinmetall emphasizes that using a ready-made platform like the MQ-28 will allow Germany to more quickly develop CCA capabilities.

The MQ-28 has already demonstrated its ability to meet Germany's requirements for air-to-ground and air-to-air operations in previous flight tests.
