Goldman Sachs and T. Rowe Price Launch Interval Fund for Private Market Exposure

T. Rowe Price and Goldman Sachs Asset Management have launched the T. Rowe Price Goldman Sachs Private Markets Fund, an interval fund providing individual investors access to private markets.

The fund combines investment expertise from both firms, including T. Rowe Price's Multi-Asset and Equity teams with GSAM's global alternatives platform and Oak Hill Advisors' institutional private credit expertise.

The goal is to address barriers that have historically limited individual investor access to private markets, such as high investment minimums and complex tax reporting.

The fund will be managed by a team of T. Rowe Price investment professionals with extensive experience in portfolio construction and late-stage private equity investing.

The fund's share classes include TGPAX and TGPDX, each with an initial $2,500 investment minimum and $100 subsequent investment minimum, while TGPIX has a $1,000,000 initial investment minimum and no subsequent investment minimum.
