Goldman Sachs Boosts Stake in Nagarro SE
Nagarro SE, a German software company, has announced that The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has crossed a threshold in its holdings of Nagarro's shares and instruments with voting rights.
According to Article 40 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. now holds 4.86% of Nagarro's total voting rights through its direct shareholding, as well as an additional 3.58% through its instrument holdings.
The threshold was crossed on September 16, 2026, and the notification was made on September 22, 2026.
