Mara Cunningham, owner of Yo! Crash, a mobile rage room in Youngstown, Ohio, has turned her experience into an advantage for local small businesses. After graduating from Goldman Sachs' One Million Black Women Black In Business Cohort Nine, she's using her expertise to help others succeed.

Cunningham's business surpassed 50% of businesses that made it past five years, despite closing its brick-and-mortar location due to the COVID pandemic. She transitioned Yo! Crash into a mobile operation and credits her success to thinking outside the traditional model.

The Goldman Sachs' cohort program provided Cunningham with valuable education and resources, which she now uses to help others. 'We need to figure out a way to get to them,' she said of reaching customers. 'So, from there, we've transitioned mobile into mobile ever since.'
