Goldman Sachs Cracks 12% Threshold in Aurubis Holdings

Aurubis AG, a German company, has announced that The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has crossed a significant threshold in its holdings of Aurubis shares.

The threshold was reached on August 11, with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. holding an indirect interest in 12.12% of Aurubis' voting rights through instruments, including call options and exchangeable bonds.

The company's subsidiary, GSAM Holdings LLC, also holds a direct stake in Aurubis shares, increasing The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.'s overall voting rights to 12.37%.
