Goldman Sachs Highlights Stocks With Upside Potential Ahead of Earnings
Goldman Sachs has highlighted several stocks that it believes offer upside potential ahead of upcoming earnings reports. The bank's analysts have maintained buy ratings on Disney, Nu Holdings, Baker Hughes, UPS, and Omnicom due to their business momentum and structural growth.
The company's price target for Disney has been trimmed to $140 from $144, but the analyst still views it as a long-term earnings compounder with an estimated 13% EPS CAGR. The stock is down 10% this year and will report earnings later in the quarter.
Nu Holdings, on the other hand, sees upside potential through its push into U.S. consumer credit lending, which analysts believe could support a successful entry into the market. Goldman maintains a buy rating and a $23 price target ahead of earnings scheduled for mid-November.
