Goldman Sachs, HSBC Buy into India's CleanMax as Augment Unloads Stake

Augment India I Holdings LLC has divested its shares in Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, worth Rs 1,096.07 crore, through two bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange.

The transactions involved a total of 85,02,537 shares, with Augment India selling 8,69,152 shares at Rs 1,288.40 apiece and another 76,33,385 shares at Rs 1,289.01 apiece.

On the buying side, Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I Limited purchased 7,18,539 shares at Rs 1,289.04 apiece, while HSBC India Infrastructure Equity Mother Fund bought 7,88,000 shares at Rs 1,288.40 apiece and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company acquired 11,15,384 shares at the same price.

The buyers collectively acquired 26,21,923 shares in Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, with the transactions valued at around Rs 337.86 crore.
