Goldman Sachs Invests $400M in Cyera for AI Security Expansion
Cyera, a company valued at over $12 billion, has secured a $400 million investment from Goldman Sachs to expand its platform governing data and identity access for humans, machines, and AI agents.
The funding will support Cyera's AI Security roadmap alongside expansion into the federal market and further growth across EMEA and APAC, as enterprises seek greater oversight of autonomous AI agents.
Cyera has acquired Oasis Security, combining non-human identity management with its Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint tools to provide unified visibility into agent actions from cloud systems to endpoint devices.
