Goldman Sachs Sticks to Sell Rating for China Overseas Property Holdings

Goldman Sachs analyst Yi Wang has maintained a Sell rating for China Overseas Property Holdings (CNPPF).

The price target is set at HK$3.65, which represents a relatively modest decrease compared to the current market value.

China Overseas Property Holdings reported quarterly revenue of HK$8.6 billion and net profit of HK$654.27 million for the quarter ending December 31.

In comparison to last year's figures, this represents an increase in revenue but a decrease in net profit.
