Goldman Sachs Tops US Institutional Investors in Spot XRP ETF Holdings

Goldman Sachs has taken the lead among US institutional investors in spot XRP ETF holdings, with a total of $87.4 million invested. This is according to Bloomberg Intelligence's second-quarter 13F filings, cited by Coinpedia on September 1. The financial giant's position represents an increase of $83.1 million from the previous quarter.

The next largest holders are Jane Street Group, with $16.6 million, and Millennium Management, with $16.2 million. Intesa Sanpaolo and Marex UK Holdings follow closely behind with $14.4 million and $8.1 million respectively.

Meanwhile, the cumulative net inflows into spot XRP ETFs have reached a staggering $1.8 billion since launch, according to James Seyffart, a Bloomberg ETF analyst. Ripple's dollar-backed stablecoin RLUSD has also surpassed a $2 billion market capitalization, with over $1 billion of that total issued on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).
