Google is reportedly planning to move all Pixel production out of China by 2027. The company will manufacture its Pixel devices in Vietnam and India, according to Nikkei Asia.

Google has been expanding its production capacity in these countries in recent years, but most of its manufacturing still takes place in China. The company's decision to move production comes after a successful pilot project in Vietnam, where it developed and manufactured the Pixel 11 devices from scratch.

A source told Nikkei Asia that it will be easier for Google to move out of China compared to Apple because the former doesn't officially sell Pixel devices in the country. Additionally, Google can tap into Samsung's established smartphone supply chain ecosystem in Vietnam.
