Google Ads Warns Advertisers of Conversion Value Decreases with New Budget Feature
Google Ads has introduced a new feature that recommends advertisers adjust their budget based on their forecasted performance. This feature is triggered when an advertiser tries to reduce their daily campaign budget, and it shows a projected weekly conversion value that is limited by the current budget.
The change was spotted by Thomas Eccel on LinkedIn, who described it as an 'annoying new Budget Feature live in Google Ads.' He noted that while the feature acknowledges the impact of reducing budgets on conversion values, it can be intrusive for advertisers who need to adjust their budgets due to various reasons.
The new feature displays a message under campaign settings, alerting advertisers to potential conversion value decreases and budget limitations. Eccel's screenshot shared on LinkedIn shows this notification in action.
