Google Challenges EU Orders to Share Search Data and Open Android to Rival AI Assistants

Google has filed an appeal to Europe's General Court to annul two Digital Markets Act orders. The first order requires Google to share its search data with rival engines, while the second allows competing AI assistants to run on Android systems with the same reach as Google's Gemini assistant.

The appeals risk delaying mandated interoperability and could hinder discoverability and adoption for crypto services, DeFi platforms, DEX/CEX listings, and AI-integrated token tools.
