Google Ditches Auto Backup Feature: Users Find Workaround

Craig, a reporter for Pocket-lint, discovered a way to keep the 'Auto Backup' feature working on Android devices. To do so, users need to download an APK file and install it manually.

This workaround involves installing an older version of the Google Photos app that still supports the discontinued feature. However, Craig notes that this method may not be suitable for all users, especially those with lower-end devices.
