Google Embeds Video Editing Tool in Slides

Google has integrated its video editing tool, Google Vids, into its Slides presentation software. This move enables users to turn their presentations into polished videos with ease.

The integration brings AI-powered video tools to Slides, allowing users to edit and script their recordings. The process is streamlined, making it possible to generate shareable links within seconds.

The existing recording option in Slides remains available for users who prefer it. Google Vids will be rolling out to all Workspace users, including individual subscribers and personal Google accounts, starting from August 20 for Rapid Release domains and September 7 for Scheduled Release domains.
