Google's Health app has received an update that brings significant changes to user logins. As of version 5.08 on both iOS and Android, Google Health now requires users to have a Google Account to access the service.

This marks the end of the migration period from Fitbit accounts to Google Accounts. Users who attempt to login with their Fitbit credentials will encounter issues.

Additionally, any unmigrated data will be deleted if it hasn't been transferred by now. Google has also fixed a sign-up bug that affected users whose email addresses were previously associated with Fitbit.
